China's most influential fashion business media

On Tuesday, France's classic luxury brand, replica chanel bags uk, won the case in a trademark protection brand "double C" logo.

The General Court announced that after the European Intellectual Property Office (hereinafter referred to as the EUIPO) the appeals committee sued Chinese citizen Li Jing Zhou in Spain and the name of the cheap replica chanel handbags UK Italy Rome Golden jewelry company Rose 999 Srl's sentencing decision invalid.

In 2010, Zhou registered a logo consisting of two S cross links for Golden Rose 999 Srl. replica chanel bags uk insists the logo is very similar to the company's "double C" trademark registered in France in 1989 and has been brought to court. In 2014, the EUIPO committee rejected Chanel's request to revoke the registration of the logo.

However, the European Court of general justice believes that the two signs do have a lot of similarities, and Zhou's design inspiration has largely followed the cheap replica chanel handbags UK logo, which could mislead consumers.

Although the European Court of Justice announced that EUIPO's decision was invalid, it still rejected cheap replica chanel handbags UK's claim to cancel the "double S" trademark because it was not within the purview of the court. The court has now asked EUIPO to pay for the case.
